Forward and/or Backward

Palindromes are fun, but usually don't stop me in my tracks. This one did, though: arewenotdrawnonward,wefew,drawnonwardtonewera. Translation: "Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era."

Which may be implying in a forward-backward kind of way that there is more than one direction possible to make whatever we define as progress. Never odd or even. Radar. Do geese see God? Wow!
